Hulk failed because of movie pirates?

The Hulk wasn't as successful as anticipated due to illegal copies of an early version that made it to the Internet -- at least that's what a report on German TV tonight wanted to make viewers believe, in the context of some IP-perspective reporting about our localized version of the DMCA. I don't buy that propaganda, though: The cinema trailer I saw earlier this year was certainly enough to keep me from watching that film.

HAHHHAHA, that is hilarious. I have read that same thing in other places as well, that the reason The Hulk failed was because of internet pirates, but every single report like taht fails to mention how GOD AWEFUL that movie was. I got a pirated copy and watched it and it was an enormous green pile of Shit! Stop blaming pirates and start blaming directors, wirters, actors, Hollywood in general for churning out one shitty movie after another, same goes with music.
