The board has just adopted the ccNSO bylaw provisions by acclamation, after some discussion about a last-minute amendment which had been introduced by Andy Müller-Maguhn, but was not adopted. The board is now having a break, in anticipation of "considerable" debate about the new sTLD RFP.
